Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
Welcome to Bar Belles LLC ("Bar Belles," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the barbelles.bar website and your purchase or use of our mobile bartending services.
By using this website, requesting a quote, submitting a booking inquiry, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
Bar Belles provides mobile bartending services for private and other permitted events in Texas.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement, Bar Belles provides bartending services and related equipment/supplies as described in the selected service package.
Our services may include bartenders, bartending tools and equipment, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, ice, and other items specifically identified in your quote or service agreement.
2. Alcohol
Bar Belles is a dry-hire bartending service unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement.
The event host or customer is responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages served at the event.
Bar Belles does not sell, provide, or furnish alcoholic beverages as part of its standard bartending services.
Bar Belles reserves the right to refuse to serve any person who appears intoxicated, is underage, or otherwise should not legally be served alcohol.
Bar Belles may stop alcohol service at any time when necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect guests, or protect our employees and business.
3. Booking and Availability
Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee that an event has been booked.
An event is considered confirmed only after:
Bar Belles has accepted the booking;
The required service agreement or contract has been completed;
The required deposit has been received; and
Bar Belles has confirmed the booking in writing.
Availability is subject to change until the booking is officially confirmed.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Bar Belles are based on the information supplied by the customer, including event date, location, guest count, service duration, services requested, and other relevant details.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
Changes to guest count, event location, service hours, services, equipment, or other event details may result in additional charges.
Bar Belles reserves the right to correct pricing or quotation errors before a booking is confirmed.
5. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve an event date.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement, the deposit is non-refundable because it reserves the date and prevents Bar Belles from accepting another booking for that period.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in the customer's service agreement or invoice.
Failure to make required payments by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
Additional fees may apply for services or expenses requested after the original booking is confirmed.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the terms stated in the customer's service agreement.
Because event dates are reserved specifically for a customer, deposits are generally non-refundable.
Bar Belles may, at its discretion, allow a customer to transfer a booking to another available date subject to availability and any applicable fees or changes in pricing.
A rescheduled event is not confirmed until Bar Belles provides written confirmation of the new date.
7. Event Location and Setup Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe area for bartending services.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer should provide:
Adequate space for the bartending area
Reasonable access to the event location
A safe working environment
Access to electricity when required for equipment
Appropriate access for setup and teardown
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from the venue for Bar Belles to provide services.
Additional fees may apply if unusual access, setup, teardown, travel, stairs, long-distance equipment transport, or other circumstances require additional labor or time.
8. Guest Count
Pricing is based in part on the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate estimated guest count.
If the actual guest count exceeds the number included in the booking, Bar Belles may require an additional payment or may limit services to those included in the original agreement.
Bar Belles may require additional bartenders or other services when guest counts increase significantly.
9. Customer and Host Responsibilities
The customer or event host is responsible for:
Providing the alcoholic beverages, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Providing accurate event information
Ensuring that the venue permits bartending services
Ensuring that guests comply with applicable laws and venue rules
Providing reasonable access to the event location
Informing Bar Belles of relevant venue restrictions
Paying all required fees on time
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required of the event host.
10. Bartender Authority and Guest Safety
Bar Belles bartenders have the authority to refuse service to any guest when they reasonably believe service should not continue.
This may include situations involving:
Apparent intoxication
Underage drinking
Aggressive or threatening behavior
Unsafe conduct
Illegal activity
Violation of venue rules
The customer agrees not to require or pressure Bar Belles employees to serve alcohol when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
11. Service Interruptions
Bar Belles may suspend or terminate services when necessary because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, emergencies, illegal activity, violence, threats, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If services cannot safely continue, Bar Belles will take reasonable steps to notify the customer or event host.
12. Equipment and Property
Bar Belles equipment and supplies remain the property of Bar Belles unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for reasonable care of Bar Belles equipment while it is located at the event.
The customer may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of equipment damaged, lost, or destroyed through intentional acts, negligence, misuse, or actions of the customer or event guests.
13. Photography and Marketing
Bar Belles may photograph or record its bartending setup, decorations, drinks, equipment, or general event environment for business and marketing purposes only when permitted by the event circumstances and applicable law.
Bar Belles will not knowingly use identifiable photographs of guests for marketing purposes without appropriate permission when such permission is required.
Customers who do not want event-related images used for marketing may notify Bar Belles in writing before the event.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Bar Belles is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bar Belles LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Bar Belles' liability relating to a specific booking or service shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid to Bar Belles for that service.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bar Belles LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of our services, or failure to comply with applicable laws or venue requirements.
18. Force Majeure
Bar Belles shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power outages, government restrictions, emergencies, acts of terrorism, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances that make performance impossible or unsafe.
19. Changes to These Terms
Bar Belles may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided by Bar Belles shall be handled in accordance with applicable Texas law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable service agreement.
21. Entire Agreement
These website Terms and Conditions are intended to establish general terms governing use of the website and Bar Belles services.
For a specific event, the customer's signed service agreement, proposal, contract, invoice, and other written booking documents may contain additional or more specific terms. Where applicable, the specific signed service agreement will control over these general website Terms and Conditions.
