Wedding Packages
Each package accommodates up to 50 guests and includes a total of five hours of service — four hours of bartending, plus 30 minutes each for setup and cleanup. Every package comes with ice, disposable cups, straws, and all essential bar accessories. Our wedding packages offer a premium experience, including a consultation to discuss every detail and ensure clear expectations before booking.
Base Package
$745
This package includes a selection of pourable beverages—beer, wine, or champagne. You select the brands and quantities of beverages to be served. While bottles are preferred, cans and drink boxes are also welcome.
Bellegarita Sampler

This package includes the base drink package plus three 5-gallon containers of our signature Bellegarita flavors. Choose your favorites from our menu of premade drink mixes, with alcohol added on-site. Bellegaritas can be served frozen or on the rocks, and they are also available as refreshing virgin mocktails

If you have specific drink requests, we will work with you to create a tailored selection at a fair price. While a full bar is not available in our mobile format, choosing a few signature favorites allows us to craft an elegant, refined showcase for your guests.

For larger events, additional bartenders and supplies are required. Apply this for every additional 50 guests. ($10 per person)
Glassware
$75
Although many venues provide special glassware for events, we also offer premium drinkware for whiskey, wine, and champagne. Simply add this option for every 50 guests if you would like us to bring them.
Additional Hours
$65
Each package includes 4 hours of service. Additional time may be added at this hourly rate, up to a maximum of 8 hours per event.
Bartending Only Services
If you’re booking us for a small private event (20 to 50 guests)— like a sports party, girls’ night, or family reunion — we offer a more affordable bartending-only service designed just for you. While weddings come with fully customized experiences, our private event package still brings the same premium bartending and great guest interaction to your home or venue.
Base Package
$195
This service covers four hours of bartending. You bring the drinks (with or without alcohol), and we’ll take care of serving your guests. This package includes a professional bartender only. Cups and other bar supplies are not included. This package is perfect for events where you already have a stocked bar and just need a professional to serve your guests.
Upgraded Bar Package
$249
This service covers four hours of bartending. We provide the mobile bar table, disposable cups, and all necessary bartending supplies. You provide the beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, and we’ll serve them to your guests.
Hourly Rate

Events over four hours are billed at a flat hourly rate.
Wait Staff Services
All of our bartenders hold a Texas Food Handler Certificate. We also have staff with Food Manager certification for events that require a higher level of licensing. In addition to bartending, our team can assist with serving food to your guests at private parties. If a Temporary Food Establishment permit with the city is required, additional administrative fees will apply and two weeks advance notice is required.
Wait Staff Only
$149
This package provides four hours of food service coverage by our wait staff for 20 guests. Please note that bartending is not included. You are responsible for all food preparation and catering arrangements; our team’s role is strictly serving your guests.
Bartending Included
$295
This package provides four hours of combined wait staff and bartending services. We recommend one dual-role staff member per 20 guests. While each team member ideally focuses on either bartending or food service, they are able to assist with both as needed.
Hourly Rate

All staff providing food service, bartending, or a combination of both are billed at the same flat hourly rate for events over four hours.
